Security Policy

Security Statement:  Your transaction is safe with SSL.

Protecting Transactions by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

To find out if your payment transaction is guarded by SSL, look for the picture of the unbroken key or closed lock in your browser window (both the Netscape Navigator/Communicator and Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers use SSL and will display one of these symbols).  When you see one of these indicators, you can be sure that your transaction is taking place over SSL and is protected.  If you do not see one of these symbols displayed in your browser window, your transaction is not taking place under the best security and you should abort the procedure and try again.

Some people find it easiest to look for a change in the URL to ensure their protected by SSL.  When SSL is active, the URL with change from the usual http: to https:  The 's' tells you your connection is to a secure site.  An example is when you visit Ikea's site at http://www.ikea.com.  Once you click to order, you will notice you're now at the URL https://www.ikea.com.  The 's' tells you your information is protected by SSL.

PayPal will ALWAYS use SSL during you payment transaction.  Always check for the symbols or the https URL to be sure your properly connected.

Your security and the protection of your privacy will always be a top priority for us. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, click here.
